Dover Street Market offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.
